WELDING WIRE LUBRICATOR HAD BEEN REPLACED BY TRIOA CWR OILER

    In 2014, TRIOA had been invited to design an electrostatic oiler for lubricating the welding wire by an end user. There are three original lubricators in the recoiling line. the problem that over coating weight and uneven coating make the welding fume increasing. 

    The original lubricators had been modified many times by original supplier. but the coating performance couldn't meet the process of welding wire requirment. The welding wire manufacture had to invite TRIOA to design an electrostatic oiler finally.

    Then, TRIOA team  designed CWR electrostatic oiler  to lubricate the welding wire sucessfully. one year later,  the end user had replaced three sets original lubrictors by TRIOA CWR oiler.
